The Ukraine National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) has expanded its list of unreliable investment projects by adding eight new cases and warning investors about the risks of investing through such schemes. The newly listed projects are DOUBLE CASE, E8 Markets, Rocket Options Pro, Pocket Broker, Gomining, Bino Trade, AirMarkets, and SPAY LLC. The NSSMC highlighted risks associated with investing via persons whose activities in Ukraine are not regulated and via persons providing false information about being licensed or officially operating in jurisdictions with developed financial markets. It also directed investors to the full list on its website under the “Protection of Investors’ Rights” section and referenced its “10 signs of doubtfulness of an investment project” as a tool for self-assessment.
