The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice requiring individuals named in an attached list to pay the statutory fee for issuance of a securities practice certificate as the final step to complete the licensing process. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC and can be paid by bank transfer to the Commission’s accounts at VietinBank or Vietcombank, or in person at the Commission. Payments must include the certificate holder’s name, identification document number and the type of certificate. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate within one year from the fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the issued certificate.
