Vietnam State Securities Commission instructs candidates to pay VND 1,000,000 fee to complete securities practice certificate issuance

The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice on payment of the licensing fee for securities practice certificates, informing individuals on an accompanying list to pay the fee to complete the certification process under Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid by bank transfer to the State Securities Commission Office accounts held at Vietinbank or Vietcombank, or paid directly at the Commission. The transfer reference should specify that the payment is for a securities practice certificate and include the recipient’s name, identification number and the type of certificate being issued. If a person granted a securities practice certificate does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year from the fee payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision to cancel the certificate.
