The Central Bank of Congo has launched a national open tender to appoint a contractor to rehabilitate the pedestrian footbridge linking the administrative building of its headquarters and the Hôtel des Monnaies. The tender dossier is available from the bank’s Projects and Public Procurement Management Unit against a non-refundable payment of CDF 1,425,000. A bidders’ information meeting is scheduled for 4 May 2025, with bids due by 29 May 2025 at 11:30 and bid opening set for 29 May 2025 at 12:30 at the bank’s premises in Kinshasa/Gombe. Eligibility requirements include at least five years of legal existence, certified financial statements for 2021–2023, average turnover over those years at least equal to the bid amount, a valid tax clearance certificate, and evidence of having completed a similar contract within the past five years; bids must include a bank bid guarantee of CDF 5,416,000 valid for 90 days from the submission deadline.
