The Montenegro Capital Market Authority has opened a public consultation on draft rules setting out the structure and content of financial statements and other reports to be produced by alternative investment funds. The draft was adopted at the Authority’s 149th session on 16 October 2025 under Article 63(9) of the Law on Alternative Investment Funds. Interested parties are invited to submit comments, proposals, and suggestions to the Authority by email.
