The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee for issuance of a securities practice certificate in order to complete the certification procedure. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, applied in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector at the Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer or paid directly at the Commission, with the payment description specifying the recipient’s name, identification document number and the type of certificate. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year from the Commission’s fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision to cancel the securities practice certificate that has been granted.
