The Angola Capital Markets Commission (CMC) participated in a National Public Procurement Service (SNCP) seminar on “Investment Opportunities in the Capital Market for Individuals”, using the event to outline available retail investment instruments and emphasise financial education. Held on 31 October 2025 as part of the SNCP’s 15th anniversary programme, the seminar focused on capital market opportunities and the sector’s role in mobilising savings and financing the economy. CMC was represented by Executive Administrator Dr. Edna Mascarenhas and António Van-Dúnem from the Department of Studies and Financial Education, who covered key instruments for individual investors including shares, bonds and units in investment funds, highlighting diversification and financial literacy as elements supporting inclusion and economic stability.
