The Angola Capital Markets Commission has approved and published GRINER Engenharia, S.A.’s simplified prospectus for the admission of bonds to the Securities Operations Registration Market (MROV). The prospectus covers 80,000 dematerialised registered bonds with a nominal value of AOA 250,000 each, representing the GRINER 2025–2028 bond loan with a total amount of AOA 20,000,000,000. The Commission noted that its approval is based on legality criteria and does not imply any guarantee regarding the prospectus content, the issuer’s economic or financial situation, or the quality of the securities, with responsibility for the information resting with the persons identified in the prospectus under Article 301 of the Securities Code (Law No. 22/15).
