Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market published a package of supervisory and administrative decisions affecting capital market participants, including management appointments, an ownership change requiring approval, and multiple registrations and approvals relating to joint investment vehicles and securities disclosures. It also approved measures on digital interaction and internal governance, including rules on electronic signatures, personal data processing, and monitoring of enterprises it has identified as important for the national economy. Appointments were approved for an acting director of LLC AMC FORTIOR CAPITAL and chief accountants of AMC Poltavtransbud LLC and Prime Assets Management LLC, while approval was denied for the acting director of FC ZHYTLO-CAPITAL LLC. The Commission agreed JSC ZNVCIF ASTREYA’s intention to acquire a significant participation in FC GARANT CAPITAL LLC, registered the share issue for joint investment and the prospectus for JSC ZNVCIF LA PIEC INVEST, and registered the regulations of ZNVCIF INZHUR REIT LLC INZHUR with information on the mutual fund entered into the Unified State Register of Mutual Funds. It also approved draft charters and the registration of share issues for the formation of initial authorised capital for JSC ZNVCIF LAND O CAPITAL, JSC ZNVCIF LONTANO and JSC ZNVCIF PRAIA, and approved appendices to the prospectuses for NovaPay Credit LLC corporate bonds (series J, B, G and N). On infrastructure, governance and oversight processes, the NSSMC approved amendments to Cabinet of Ministers acts covering information exchange within the National Critical Infrastructure Protection System and amendments to Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 552 of 11 July 2018. It approved a draft procedure for the protection and processing of personal data processed by the NSSMC, a draft Cabinet of Ministers order on connecting public electronic registers to the System of Electronic Interaction of Electronic Resources and entering them into the register of public electronic registers, and a Procedure for the Use of Electronic Signature by capital market participants and professional participants of organised commodity markets. A resolution was also adopted on monitoring the activities of enterprises and institutions the NSSMC has identified as important for the national economy, alongside approval of a draft decision to amend the criteria for designating such entities in capital markets and organised commodity markets.
