The Tanzania Insurance Regulatory Authority held an insurance law education seminar for resident magistrates from Dar es Salaam’s resident magistrates’ and district courts, aimed at improving judicial handling of insurance-related cases. The session focused on broadening magistrates’ understanding of insurance issues and strengthening cooperation between the regulator and the judiciary to support effective and transparent enforcement of insurance laws for the benefit of the public.
