The India International Financial Services Centres Authority and Japan Financial Services Agency have signed and exchanged an Exchange of Letters, signed on June 26, 2026 and exchanged at the 16th India-Japan Annual Summit in New Delhi, to formalize cooperation in identified areas of mutual interest through information sharing on regulatory developments affecting financial products, financial services and financial institutions, as well as on supervisory frameworks, initiatives and best practices.
