The Astana Financial Services Authority and the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency have signed a memorandum of understanding that expands their framework for cross-border regulatory cooperation and financial market supervision. The agreement covers information sharing, exchanges of regulatory experience, consultations on matters of mutual interest and cooperation on financial market regulation and supervision. It builds on the authorities’ existing relationship and provides for closer engagement on supervisory practices, market integrity and investor protection.
