The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency’s Management Board adopted licensing decisions at its 64th session, granting Kornelija-Branimira Bojanić (Zagreb) authorisation to perform the duties of a certified actuary and confirming that B.I.G. CENTAR d.o.o.’s authorisation to carry out insurance distribution ceased to be valid on 19 February 2026. The licence lapse relates to B.I.G. CENTAR d.o.o. for services, headquartered in Velika Gorica and represented by director Hrvoje Žužić, which previously operated under the name B.I.G. CENTAR d.o.o. for insurance representation. The insurance distribution licence had originally been issued on 21 December 2006.
