The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice requiring individuals listed in an attached schedule to pay the prescribed fee to complete the process for receiving securities practising certificates. The fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per certificate, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the State Securities Commission Office’s designated bank accounts (details provided in the notice) or paid directly to the State Securities Commission. The notice also states that if the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year from the fee-payment notice, the State Securities Commission will issue a decision cancelling the issued securities practising certificate.
