The State Bank of Vietnam and the Bank of Korea signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation and technical support related to central banking operations, as part of a package of Vietnam–Korea bilateral cooperation documents exchanged during Vietnam’s state visit to South Korea. The memorandum was signed alongside other cross-sector agreements listed in the same exchange ceremony, including a cooperation memorandum between Vietnam’s State Securities Commission and South Korea’s Financial Supervisory Service.
