The Argentina Securities Commission (CNV) reported the first placement of “low impact” corporate bonds under General Resolution No. 1047, which implemented an automatic authorisation public offering regime for offerings assessed as low or medium impact. General Resolution No. 1047 introduces two simplified regimes for the offering of securities that, due to their low or medium impact, may be partially or fully exempted from obligations and requirements under the public offering framework and treated as automatically authorised public offerings by the CNV. The inaugural transaction was a corporate bond placement by an SME previously registered under the “Pyme CNV Garantizada” regime, priced at TAMAR + 3.49% (34.1250% on the pricing date).
