The Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates (CBUAE) and the Dubai Public Prosecution (DPP) announced the launch of an electronic system to streamline the settlement of blood money claims, linking DPP processes with licensed insurance companies through the CBUAE’s digital platform. The system is designed to automate and accelerate settlement workflows under the UAE “Zero Bureaucracy” programme and to strengthen coordination between the CBUAE, insurers and the DPP. The announcement also included a Memorandum of Understanding between the CBUAE and DPP to support ongoing cooperation and improve service efficiency for blood money settlements.
