The Central Bank of Iceland has published the minutes of the Monetary Policy Committee meeting held on 19 and 20 May 2025, following the Committee’s monetary policy decision announced on 21 May. In line with the Committee’s Rules of Procedure, the minutes are released two weeks after the policy decision announcement. The meeting covered economic and financial market developments, decisions on the application of the Bank’s monetary policy instruments, and communication of those decisions.
