Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice on paying the fee required to complete the procedure for reissuing a securities practice certificate, addressed to Mr Nguyen Duc Vinh, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. The reissuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid either by bank transfer to the State Securities Commission’s office accounts or in person at the Commission. For transfers, the payment reference should identify the certificate holder, identification number and the type of certificate being reissued. If the reissued certificate is not collected within one year from the date of the fee-payment notice, the State Securities Commission will issue a decision cancelling the reissued certificate.

Vietnam State Securities Commission sets VND 1 million reissuance fee for securities practice certificates and one-year collection deadline
