The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice requiring individuals named in an attached list to pay the statutory fee for reissuance of securities practising certificates in order to complete the certificate reissuance procedure. The reissuance fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC, and can be paid either by bank transfer or directly to the Vietnam State Securities Commission. Payments are to include identifying information for the recipient (name, identity document or passport number, and the type of practising certificate). If a recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the reissued certificate within one year from the notice of fee payment, the Vietnam State Securities Commission will issue a decision cancelling the issued practising certificate.
