Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority announced that Forsah Capital Company has completed the commencement of business requirements for its licence to conduct managing investments and operating funds activity in the securities business. The licence was granted under the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations, pursuant to a Capital Market Authority approval dated 02/05/1446H (04/11/2024G).

Saudi Arabia's Capital Market Authority announced that Forsah Capital Company has fulfilled the requirements to commence business under its licence for managing investments and operating funds in the securities sector. The licence was granted under the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations, following approval on 04 November 2024.
