The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, will jointly organise the second “Niveshak Shivir” in Hyderabad, Telangana on 30 August 2025, in collaboration with Market Infrastructure Institutions (MIIs) and Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTAs). The event is intended to help investors facilitate transfer of unpaid dividends held for six to seven years, update KYC and nomination details with companies, and resolve pending IEPFA claims relating to unclaimed and unpaid shares and dividends. Participating MIIs are NSE, BSE, NSDL and CDSL, and participating RTAs are KFIN Technologies Limited, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd., Datamatics Business Solutions Ltd., and Purva Sharegistry India Pvt. Ltd. The camp will run from 10 AM to 4 PM at Haryana Bhavan, 1-8-179 Sarojini Devi Road, near HDFC Bank, Jogani, Ramgopalpet, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana 500003, and shareholders or their representatives are advised to bring official government identity documents such as a Voter ID, PAN card or driver’s licence for entry.
