Thailand Office of Insurance Commission announced the launch of the 2025 “Insurefluencer the new GEN” programme, a nationwide boot-camp and media-creation initiative to promote insurance awareness among secondary and vocational students. Participation has expanded to more than 210 educational institutions, with activities scaled up from one school per province to three, and the programme opened with events in Ranong and Mukdahan on 27 May 2025. Participating schools can submit entries for competition, and the national champion and first and second runners-up will be invited to special activities titled “Insurance Teacher Year 2” and “Insurance for TCAS” with the regulator and the insurance industry. Schools that joined the 2024 predecessor programme can also enter the School Media Creator Award by producing 1–3 minute videos on topics including insurance fundamentals, non-life insurance, life insurance and insurance intermediaries and publishing them on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, with prizes including scholarships and awards of THB 35,000.
