The Vietnam State Securities Commission has launched a domestic open e-tender to procure consulting services to supervise implementation of its integrated information technology system project supporting the Commission’s management and supervisory functions. The package is classified as a consulting contract funded from public investment state budget resources and will run for 12 months from the contract effective date. Contractor selection will be conducted online via a one-stage, two-envelope procedure on the National E-Procurement System, with e-bidding documents available free of charge from 13 February 2026 until before 10:00 on 12 March 2026; bids are due and will be opened at 10:00 on 12 March 2026.
