The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission published an announcement that 7Q Asset Management Ltd, the external manager of ELINET RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC (RAIF174), has notified CySEC of the initiation of a procedure for the dissolution and liquidation of the registered alternative investment fund. Until the dissolution and liquidation are completed, the RAIF will remain registered in the RAIF Registry and will continue to appear on CySEC’s website with a notice stating "under liquidation". CySEC will delete the RAIF from the register once the process is completed and all required documentation has been submitted.

The fund will remain registered and listed as "under liquidation" on CySEC’s website until the process is finalized and all documentation is submitted.
