The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission issued a public statement warning the public that Xeno Portfolio Limited is no longer registered as a BVI Business Company and has never been licensed or regulated in the Territory to conduct financial services business, including virtual assets services. The FSC said it was alerted to websites claiming the entity (https://www.xpo.ru and www.xpo.markets) was incorporated and registered in the Virgin Islands. Xeno Portfolio Limited was incorporated on 10 August 2023 under the BVI Business Companies Act, 2004, and was dissolved from the Register of Companies on 9 February 2026 following the resignation of its Registered Agent. The FSC advised the public to exercise extreme caution if solicited and to avoid conducting any business with the company, and invited the public to provide information on questionable entities or improper activities purportedly operating in or from within the Territory. The statement was issued under Section 37A(4) of the FSC Act.
