The Spanish Securities Commission has issued warnings against four entities that are not registered with the regulator and therefore are not authorized to provide investment services or carry out other activities subject to CNMV supervision in Spain. The warning covers webtrader.web-tradereurope.com, Orveztil, Atlas-InvestedLimited.LTD and Plataforma Atlas Invested Limited. Two of the alerts relate to clone operations. CNMV said webtrader.web-tradereurope.com has no connection with IG Europe GmbH, Spanish branch, which is duly registered in Spain as an investment services firm from the European Economic Area with a branch. It also said Atlas-InvestedLimited.LTD and Plataforma Atlas Invested Limited are unrelated to Atlas Valores, SICAV S.A., which is duly registered in Spain as a harmonized open-ended investment company. Orveztil was identified as a trade name operating through various websites.
