The Central Bank of Russia reported that average daily incoming payments through its payment system fell 3.4% in July from the second-quarter 2026 average. Excluding mining and quarrying, refined petroleum manufacturing and general government, receipts rose 1.4%. Payments increased in consumer demand sectors but declined across other major industry groups.
