Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission reported that businessman Wong Pak Ming has pleaded not guilty to an insider dealing charge, and the court has provisionally scheduled his criminal trial for 20 November 2025 to 12 December 2025. The prosecution concerns alleged insider dealing in the shares of Transmit Entertainment Limited, formerly known as Pegasus Entertainment Holdings Limited. The SFC alleges that, while chairman and controlling shareholder and in possession of inside information, Wong counselled or procured another person to deal in the shares between around 25 August 2017 and 17 October 2017. Bail was extended on conditions including HKD 200,000 cash bail, residence at the address provided with notice to Police of any change, and prior notice to the SFC at least 24 hours before leaving Hong Kong. The case was adjourned to 24 October 2025 for a pre-trial review ahead of the trial window.
