The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan announced plans to post a consultative document on regulatory policy for public discussion on the open portal for normative legal acts, in line with the Government’s legislative work rules. The document relates to draft laws on a new Law “On the insurance market” and amendments to other legislative acts on regulating and developing the insurance market. Once posted, the public discussion will run for 15 working days. The document will be available for comments on the portal under the “Taxes and finance” section and the “Consultative document of regulatory policy” document type.
