The National Bank of Moldova reported that Governor Anca Dragu met Center of Excellence in Finance Director Jana Repanšek to review the results of the NBM LearnOrgLab project and discuss future cooperation. The talks focused on strengthening institutional capacity, leadership and knowledge management to support banking sector reforms and Moldova’s European integration, as well as transferring acquired expertise to other public institutions in Moldova and the region. The meeting also covered the center’s financial sustainability and decisions from its annual governing board meeting in Skopje. Proposals included increasing promotional activity and introducing a mechanism for voluntary contributions from member states.
