The Brazilian Pension Funds Authority (PREVIC) announced that the CadPrevic and Cand systems operated by Dataprev will be replaced by a new PREVIC-developed registration platform as of 1 January 2026, with system migration planned for January 2026. PREVIC will hold a Teams videoconference with Closed Pension Entities (EFPC) on 4 December at 15:00 to explain the changes, the transition period, and measures intended to avoid access issues. The authority also plans to present an initiative to automate and unify licensing requests on the gov.br portal, under the Federal Government’s Digital Transformation Plan, in partnership with the Digital Government Secretariat (MGI). EFPCs are expected to nominate their representatives via a specific form, preferably staff who currently operate CadPrevic and Cand.
