The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market has revised and updated its list of investment projects that may pose risks to investors, adding BRAVIA TRADE and IronMarkets. The updated warning list now includes 460 projects showing signs of fraud or breaches of law. The list is available on the regulator’s website under the “Protection of Investors’ Rights” section and is intended to alert investors to potentially dangerous initiatives. The Commission highlighted common red flags such as a lack of permits, non-transparent information about founders, no official confirmation of operations, absence of proper regulatory oversight, manipulative advertising practices, and claims of excessive profits without warning of possible losses, and it encouraged the public to report suspicious projects to the regulator.
