The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency published decisions ordering Mobil Leasing to correct governance, pricing and recordkeeping deficiencies and issuing a public warning to Nadija Vlah for trading Jadroagent shares during the 30-day closed period before its fourth-quarter and annual financial reports for 2025. Mobil Leasing must strengthen risk management in its contract approval process, improve the alignment of variable rates with reference rate changes and review certain early termination and information offer fees charged since 2023. It must also report on measures taken for affected leasing customers and improve the recording of leased assets. The agency separately approved Mediobanca Premier and Intesa Sanpaolo each to indirectly acquire a qualifying holding of 10% to 19.99% in Generali Osiguranje. It revoked an earlier authorization for Eurizon Asset Management Croatia to establish and manage the Eurizon HR Target 2029 public offering fund, and granted insurance distribution licenses to Risk Advisory Group and OAZI DISTRIBUCIJA. The regulator also closed supervisory proceedings against Mezzanine Partners and IN KAPITAL after finding that they had remedied previously identified deficiencies, including improvements to IN KAPITAL’s anti-money laundering and counterterrorist financing framework.
