The Federal Reserve Board announced it has terminated enforcement actions in the form of cease and desist orders against Crédit Agricole S.A. and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Mega International Commercial Bank Co., Ltd and its US branches, and The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. The terminations were dated March 25, 2026. The actions being closed were a cease and desist order dated October 19, 2015 covering the Crédit Agricole entities in Paris, a January 17, 2018 order covering Mega International Commercial Bank Co., Ltd and its New York, Chicago, and San Jose branches, and a May 1, 2018 order covering The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The Federal Reserve Board has terminated cease and desist enforcement actions against Crédit Agricole S.A. and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Mega International Commercial Bank Co., Ltd and its New York, Chicago, and San Jose branches, and The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., effective March 25, 2026. The closed actions relate to orders issued in October 2015 for the Crédit Agricole entities and in January and May 2018 for Mega International Commercial Bank and Goldman Sachs respectively.
