Mexico’s National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Financial Services Users (CONDUSEF) has signed an agreement with the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants (IMCP) to broaden access to financial education. The initiative will cover savings, credit, investment, fraud prevention and the rights of financial services users, drawing on the institute’s professional and business networks. The IMCP will distribute CONDUSEF materials, while both organizations will develop courses, training, conferences and forums for professionals, companies and the wider public. CONDUSEF will also provide updated information, advice and support for educational programs, and the organizations will share information on financial sector issues that could affect users.
