Kyrgyz Republic's State Service for Regulation and Supervision of Financial Markets (Finnadzor) published a round-up of licensing, permitting and registration decisions taken over 9–13 February 2026, including registrations of securities issues and issuance results, approvals for pawnshop activity and an incentive lottery, licence revocations and audit register entries. On securities, Finnadzor registered constituent issues of ordinary registered shares for CJSC Vog and OJSC Ala-Too Resort, and registered issuance results for Belen Group CJSC (third issue), OJSC Microfinance Company Abiyir Finance (twenty-second issue), and CJSC Airports of Kyrgyzstan, alongside registering issuance results and the report for an investment share issue by Erkindic Finance LLC. It issued a permit to Kulikovsky Confectionery House LLC to hold the Umraga Sapar incentive lottery and granted pawnshop licences to Tumar Garant Pawnshop LLC and Omega Express Pawnshop LLC. The authority cancelled or revoked pawnshop licences for Lombard Umut LLC, Lombard Altyn Garant LLC, Lombard Extra LLC and Lombard Three Sevens KG LLC, and closed the Bishkek No 1 representative office of Lombard Mikro Kapital LLC. It also completed state registrations in the Unified State Register of Auditors, Audit Organizations and Professional Audit Associations for three audit organizations (Progress Audit LLC, Grand Audit LLC and Business Process Solution LLC) and eight individual auditors.
