He identified understanding the transmission of these risks through the economy and financial sector, and building a resilient and sustainable financial system, as policy priorities. Narantsogt emphasized that financing is critical to land restoration, water security and ecosystem protection. He called for public budgets, private capital and international development finance to be aligned more effectively, alongside stronger international cooperation and coordinated solutions.
