The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan has invited electronic applications for accreditation of associations of private business entities to represent the interests of private business, under the Entrepreneurship Code and the national accreditation rules for business associations and non-profit organisations. Applications must be submitted using the Annex 2 form and include electronic copies of the applicant’s constituent and state registration (re-registration) documents in Kazakh and Russian, plus a list of members with business identification numbers. To obtain an accreditation certificate on an indefinite basis, applicants must also provide evidence of accreditation by central state and/or local executive bodies more than twice consecutively. Document packages will be accepted by email until 22 January 2026 (inclusive), subject to a 9 MB size limit per message (with larger submissions split across multiple emails).
