The fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person under Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Commission or paid directly at the Commission, with transfer details required to identify the certificate holder and their identification number. If the recipient does not complete the procedures to receive the reissued certificate within one year from the notice, the Commission will issue a decision to cancel the certificate.

Vietnam State Securities Commission requires payment of VND 1 million fee to reissue securities practising certificates
