The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland has appointed Elizabeth Marengo as senior vice president and chief human resources officer, effective March 9. Marengo most recently served as chief people officer at HMH and brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across human resources, talent strategy, and organizational development. In the role, she will lead a team working across the Bank to attract, engage, and retain staff, supporting more than a thousand employees across Cleveland, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, and the wider Fourth Federal Reserve District.
