The Guernsey Financial Services Commission has announced it will host a panel discussion, “Digital Forum – Unlocking Digital Finance”, on 23 February 2026, aimed at progressing industry engagement on digital finance and technology. The session follows the Commission’s December consultation paper on measures to support adoption of digital finance across the Bailiwick of Guernsey and will discuss opportunities and challenges with representatives from regulation, practitioners, Guernsey Finance and the States of Guernsey. The panel includes William Mason (Director General, Guernsey Financial Services Commission), Justin Bellinger (Chair, Innovate Guernsey), Callie Loveridge (Director of Information Governance and Policy, States of Guernsey), Barnaby Molloy (Chief Executive, Guernsey Finance) and Chris Hutley-Hurst (Guernsey Digital Assets Association), with Alice Joy (Director of External Affairs and Commission Secretary) moderating; the event is free to attend but places are limited.
