The Kuwait Capital Markets Authority has issued International Investment Company a licence to conduct securities brokerage activity as a broker not registered with the Securities Exchange, for a renewable period of three years. The licensing follows the company’s application assessed under Kuwait’s Capital Markets Authority Law No. 7 of 2010 and its executive bylaws, and a 2024 resolution that provided for licensing once the Authority’s requirements were completed. The three-year term runs from the date the Authority’s licence certificate is issued, and the Authority noted that the official attached document (if available) should be treated as the approved record in case of any discrepancy.
