The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic has issued Bereket Bank CJSC a licence to carry out banking operations in the national and/or foreign currency and granted Aiyl Bank OJSC a permit to conduct specified precious metals operations in cash. Both approvals were made by a decision of the National Bank’s Board on 3 December 2025. The precious metals authorisation covers operations in refined standard and measured bullion bars of other issuers and coins made of bank silver, gold and high-fineness platinum in physical (cash) form.
