The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice requiring individuals named in an attached list to pay the issuance fee for securities practicing certificates in order to complete the licensing process. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per certificate, in line with Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector applied at the commission. Payment can be made either by bank transfer to the Vietnam State Securities Commission Office accounts at Vietinbank Ha Thanh Branch or Vietcombank Hoang Mai Branch, or directly at the commission. If a person granted a securities practicing certificate does not complete the procedure to receive it within one year from the commission's notice on fee payment, the commission will issue a decision cancelling the granted certificate.
