ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan to formalise cooperation across financial technologies and services, capital markets and other relevant areas. The MoU sets a framework for exchanging information and supervisory experience and for organising training sessions, research collaboration and study visits. ADGM FSRA positioned the agreement within its broader approach to international regulatory partnerships aimed at promoting cooperation, consistency, knowledge sharing and alignment with international standards.
