Delaet joins from McKinsey & Company, where he spent 14 years working with financial institutions on technology transformation and innovation. His experience includes supporting banks and market infrastructure providers on payments and digital transformation programmes, operating model changes, architecture and cloud transformations, and software engineering transformation for mission-critical infrastructure providers.
