The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has issued a notice recognising Ripple (RLUSD) as a Recognised Crypto Token under GEN Rule 3A.3.4 of the DFSA Rulebook. The recognition takes effect from the date of the notice and remains in force until further notice. The DFSA noted that its current list of Recognised Crypto Tokens is available on its website, and that the notice is to be construed in line with GEN section 6.2 as if its provisions formed part of the Rulebook.

The Dubai Financial Services Authority has recognized Ripple (RLUSD) as a Recognised Crypto Token under GEN Rule 3A.3.4 of the DFSA Rulebook. This recognition is effective immediately and will remain until further notice.
