The Angola Capital Markets Commission has approved the registration of Oneproperty, Lda as a Real Estate Valuer for Collective Investment Undertakings (PAIOIC). As part of the same registration process, it also registered two individual valuers, Jeremias Adelino Capundo Alfredo and Paulo Joaquim Gouveia Ramos, who are authorised to act exclusively on behalf of Oneproperty. The firm is permitted to carry out valuations of real estate held in the asset portfolios of collective investment undertakings.
