The Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), together with the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) and the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), held a capacity-building training for the Cambodia Sustainable Bond Accelerator (CSBA) Program Phase III aimed at raising awareness and strengthening participant capability to develop sustainable bond frameworks. The event was supported by the Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility (CGIF), GuarantCo and the Credit Guarantee Corporation of Cambodia (CGCC), and was chaired by SERC Director General Sou Socheat alongside GGGI and ESCAP representatives. Participants included CSBA Phase III candidates SchneiTec Jupiter Co., Ltd, Khmer Water Supply Holding Co. Ltd. and Global Action for Environment Awareness Plc., with 36 in-person attendees.
